CA Ajay Kumar Jain has 39 years experience in the field of accountancy, auditing and
management consultancy and has expertise in providing consultancy for project financing
and establishment of new projects. He has experience of conducting statutory and internal
audits of different kind of entities e.g. public and private limited companies, firm and advising
on various issues to comply with various laws, rules and regulations applicable to those entities.
He is Ex-Chairman of Muzaffarnagar Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
CA. Anuj Kumar Agarwal
FCA, DISA (ICAI)
CA. Anuj Kumar Agarwal is a qualified information system auditor (DISA). He has 35 years
experience in the field of accountancy, Auditing, Direct Tax & Indirect Tax. Having experience
of conducting statutory and internal audits of different kind of entities e.g. public & private
sector undertakings, nationalized banks, insurance companies, firms, public and private limited
companies and advising on maintenance of accounts to comply with various laws, rules and
regulations applicable to those entities and well experienced in advising on income tax
matters to above entities and co-operative societies and preparation & presentation of
income tax cases & appeals before various income tax authorities.
Gaurav Goel
(Project Financing Head)
He has been associated with the firm for more than 28 years. He is M. Com., MBA (Finance) and CA (Inter) qualified and has extensive experience in project financing, financial planning, bank appraisals, financial structuring and Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) Studies. He handles all matters relating to project finance, preparation and evaluation of financial proposals, financial projections, coordination with banks and financial institutions, and assessment of project feasibility and funding requirements. His long-standing experience and expertise have made him a key contributor to the project development and financing activities of the firm’s clients.
Praveen Kumar Arora
(Head - Direct & Indirect Taxes)
He has been associated with the firm since last more than 25 years. He handles Direct and Indirect Tax matters, including income-tax and GST compliance, tax return filings, assessments, and other related statutory requirements for the firm and its clients. In addition to overseeing taxation operations, he is also managing all IT-related affairs of the firm, including IT infrastructure, systems, software applications, data management, network operations and overall technology support.
Neeraj Gupta

He is associated with the firm since last 20 years, overseeing administrative functions and coordinating banking-related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the firm.
Seema Mogha
(Assistant IT Head)
She is associated with the firm since last 8 years and is responsible for supporting IT operations and supporting Direct and Indirect Tax matters, including tax compliance, return filings, reconciliations, and related statutory requirements.
Sahil Agarwal
(Manager Corporate Affairs)
He has been associated with the firm since last 22 years and is responsible for managing the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) related affairs of the corporate clients, including statutory and regulatory filings, maintenance of corporate records, incorporation and related compliances, and ensuring timely adherence to applicable corporate laws and regulations. His expertise in MCA related affairs plays a key role in the statutory compliance of Companies and LLPs.
